Shipping Policy
Many of our custom items, e.g. Ivan Heads, Sammie Heads, etc. are made to order and take up to three weeks to be manufactured and sent to you. Make sure you read the description of each item in order to better gauge how long the product will take to get to you, and make sure you order accordingly, especially on timely occasions like birthdays and Christmas. Some of our items, like our heads, are quite heavy and bulky, so expect a shipping charge that reflects this.
