Return your product in full original and unused condition, and the confirmation number you have been assigned.
It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes.
Note: We must receive the item back within 60 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.
We will refund your entire order, excluding shipping costs, as long as the item purchased is returned.
Note: If the item has been damaged we will repair or replace it if possible if that is your request. Regular use for battle ready items will include: hitting bottles, fruit, soft targets (NOT people or animals) or any ZGB original target found in this store.
Display or Wall Hangers regular use includes: Hanging up, wearing, and that's it.
Gross negligence will include: anything other than defined as "regular use" in the previous line. It will be up to ZGB sole discretion as to what gross negligence is. We understand sometimes things happen but we know what looks like proper use and what does not.
